I highly recommend JMR Fleet. They made the entire repair process easy and stress-free from start to finish. They offer towing when the vehicle can’t be moved, which was a huge help. Communication was excellent — I was kept informed before and during the appointment, received updates throughout the repair, and even got pictures showing exactly what was being done. After the repairs were completed, they were still available to answer questions and were willing to double-check their work for peace of mind. They’re friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. JMR and his workers showed up when I called them and they found out the issue with my vehicle. I trust and will use their services in the future. I had a great experience with these guys. They had really affordable pricing. They did fantastic work and in a very timely manner I didn’t feel the regular vibe that I get when I’m talking to mechanics. I just felt like I could trust these guys. It was so nice to have these guys working on my car at home instead of having to take my car to the garage and wondering if it was being worked on. I highly recommend them.
