The best aspect of the experience was good communication. The workmanship, not so much. Initial estimate seemed crazy low but we figured they'd address all the issues. Several items of damage were missed and not addressed and some repairs were not completed to our satisfaction. Brought it back and and after the second pickup here was an audible rattle. Clearly no one test drove it. Required a third dropoff. While it was was a much shorter repair it was still a hassle. It's bad enough when you have to deal with adjusters and rental cars (especially when the accident isn't your fault). Far worse to have to deal with a job not done right the first time. Or second time.

Everything went smoothly, they kept in communication with me and my car was done within the time frame they gave me! Happy with my experience!

Exceptional work especially considering the amount of damage my car had! Brianna was wonderful to work with and kept me updated frequently on the status of my car. I am very picky about my car and was blown away by the work they did, looks like nothing ever happened. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring their services.

I would highly recommend this collision shop to anyone needing work. They repainted the hood and doors on my 2020 Highlander and they even buffed out the rest of the car. It looks brand new!! They also completed the work (as well as put on a trailer hitch) in under two days. Finally - they kept me in the loop as to the progress and were easy to reach with my questions. This place is great!!

They did a terrific job of fixing the back of my wife's RAV4 after it was rear ended. Looks like new. Very impressed.
