This location said they had availability on 12.03.2025 so I dropped it off on 12.01 so it would be there when they were ready for it. The original estimated completion date was 12.19.2025, they even sent a confirmation message a week prior stating that they were still “on track” for the 19th. Then they said the 26th, then 01.02.2026, 01.09 and finally they promised that they were “trying our best to have it ready by then” for 01.15.2026 (the day my rental coverage expired). The first actual update I received about the status of the car was on 01.06. My car was not available to be picked up until 01.20 which was after the rental car coverage expired which resulted in additional charges. The total repair bill was more than $14k!

My car got wrecked in a parking lot while I was at work, Statefarm had it towed to Joe Hudson in Dothan and they fixed all the suspension that was damaged but would not fix the rim because it was a “liability” the rim is warped and dangerous to drive on, also they said if something was wrong after taking vehicle home from pickup that I could bring it back, when I left I noticed that my window wasn’t working at all and it’s a coupe so it won’t even go up or down like it’s supposed to when opening the door, when I brought it back the mechanic didn’t even come out and talk to me he had another lady come out and tell me that the window was like that prior to the wreck, it wasn’t, and I’m not one to make a bad review but the service was horrible, my window was perfectly fine, my car came back i

They were friendly and completed when they said they would but the time frame they gave to fix my fender was much longer than I would think. As I have had other body work done by others, which covered much more area, and took half as long. The quality of work, customer service, and being kept up to date was exceptional, but if you want your vehicle back in a hurry this may not be the place for you. IDK maybe I would have given a five if I liked the rental car more but, I did not like the rental car as much as my own.

After a nasty collision with a deer that took out my front fender and both passenger doors, I wasn't sure if my Toyota Highlander would ever look the same. I am beyond impressed with the results from this shop!
