Brought in my tesla after hitting the passenger side. I had a great experience with the repair work on my Tesla Model 3 Performance! The team did an excellent job the quality of the repair was top-notch, and the car looks and drives like new. Although they mentioned they would call with an update a week after I dropped the car off, I didn’t hear from them and ended up reaching out myself. When I called, they were helpful and gave me a full update without any issues. I understand it’s a busy shop, especially being Tesla-certified, so I wasn’t too bothered. The repair was completed fairly quickly, especially considering the extent of the damage. It would’ve been done even sooner if my insurance company hadn’t delayed the approval process. Came in to have my back end of my car repaired after being rear ended by a freightliner truck. The receptionist greeted me with compassion and respect. She was patient and very kind. She was always smiling and made me comfortable to be there. The shop went above and beyond in fixing my car . They were very good at keeping me informed about the process. When the got finished with my car , I almost didn't recognize it. It looked almost brand new. The car even drives better. They even took out a few dents and scratches as well as gave me a whole new back door. They even cleaned and detailed it. I am 100 percent satisfied. Every member of their team treated me with respect and dignity. I will use them again. And the receptionist definitely deserves a raise.shevwas very kind and knowledgeable

Joe Hudson is the best in the business hands down, took care of our vehicle worked with insurance companies and we did not have to worry about a thing. Sam did a great job with us and took care of business. Highly recommend!
