Joe Mahan Ford Inc

Fantastic buying experience!! Wasn't fully expecting to leave with a car today but Keith worked to get me in the vehicle I came to look at. Would definitely recommend

I was needing information about my 2019 Ford Explorer and the sweet lady at the service desk was so kind. She was very knowledgeable, respectful, and made me feel as though I was a friend, not just a customer. It was wonderful being able to chit chat with someone who didn’t make me feel ignorant when it comes to this car of mine! I feel more confident in my knowledge of what needs to be done with it, all because she took a few minutes to actually talk to me. I did not get her name but she was a true gem. I wish all businesses had that same level of courtesy and respect. Thank you.

Came in for 8am oil change, was early.. waited 3hr to then be told was a recall they handled while in but no one bothered to consult me on timeline. Will use Mckenzie Ford next time. I hear they are much better.

Would give a minus 10 but does not give that option! Took my Explorer in for a repair was called the next day saying there was nothing wrong with vehicle. Once again I explained what vehicle was doing and did research myself to figure problem out myself. After talking when them they did put mass air flow sensor on.THE PROBLEM when vehicle was picked up it had a 6-7inch crack in windshield and of course they took no responsibility for it. They admitted a couple of different guys had driven it several miles over a couple days. Vehicle is older but it has never had a cracked windshield!!! Beware Beware Beware!!!

The staff was very friendly and the ease of getting an appointment was quick. I also love that they picked my vehicle up while I was at worked and returned it back to me. I received a message when the driver arrived to pick my vehicle up and another message when it was bought back to me.
