JOE SERVICE CENTER III

They did a great job! 3 years ago, they installed a used engine in my son's car, a 2006 Chevy Cobalt that only had 20k miles that he got for free, after he inadvertently cracked the oil pan and seized the engine on the way home from college. There were some complications but their customer service was outstanding and they patiently worked on it until everything was fully resolved. The car is still running great as of today. I would highly recommend Freddy and his team.

We have lived in Milltown for close to ten years and have brought four different cars at one point for service at Joe’s. Their pricing is great, the service is quick and we are treated with respect with each visit. As an example of their customer service, we once had our plastic undercarriage protector that was breaking off due to snow accumulation. The secured it to the underside of the car and didn’t charge us or even tell us about the fix. We were pleasantly surprised when we found it had been fixed a few days after pickup.

Furthermore, the service provided was very polite, professional, and honest, which instilled a lot of confidence in me. These days, it's hard to find repair shops where you can feel so safe and well-served, and that's why I recommend Joe Service Center III 100%. Without a doubt, it's one of the best repair shops I know in the New Jersey area. I'm very grateful and happy to have found a place with such quality and professionalism.
