I made an appointment on Wednesday for this morning to drop my car off for an oil change. When I got there to drop my car off, I was told that I was supposed to be there Thursday. I was told when I didn’t show, they put a question mark next to my name. The gentleman who I spoke with this morning pushed back when I said I was told Friday. Now, I know when I made the appointment on the phone, I was told it was for Friday because when I called, I asked specifically for a Thursday afternoon or Friday appointment since I had a meeting early on Thursday morning that I knew I couldn’t miss. In any event, why I didn’t receive a call when I didn’t show on Thursday is frustrating. I gave my phone number when I made the appointment, so a phone call would have been appreciated. First time going, they have gained another long time customer. My experience was amazing. The staff is amazing and honest. They are upfront with prices and have most if not all services and prices listed in the lobby. I love supporting local family owned businesses and this is one that deserves it! 5 stars all around. Great communication and service. Took my Beamer in to get inspected after I noticed white smoke from the hood. They found 2 leaks. An oil leak and a coolant leak. Fixed it and received my car the next day. Couldn’t ask for better service tbh.
