Really wanted to shout out @jrsautospa2020 ! My nesting was telling me to get the car detailed and ready for baby James because he definitely going to be judging his new family on the car cleanliness! Jrsautoapa was so kind everyone was so welcoming and happy to be there and had passion in what they do. During the appointment I actually started to have contractions and need to leave right away and my car was pulled up instantly and they said come back when you’re ready we will finish the service for you ! I came back the next day my car was taken right in right then and they ended up starting all over, which really showed me they care about the details and not just trying to wipe it down and get to the next car ! I got the chance to meet the Owner Max. Max is a very friendly, chill and honest person. I got the chance to meet his wife, his staff members, and their service dog. The service dog was so cute and fluffy. His staff members are very knowledgeable, precise, chill, and I felt like, I was part of the family. I just purchased the Gr 86 Yuzu Edition, it’s a rare car with only 860 limited production in the North America. And the car I purchased is a 860/860, which is the last production unit. I’m the only person with this car in the Eastern Hemisphere!!!. So Max hooked me up with ceramic tints and ceramic coating on the whole car. The car looks so sexy with the tints and it’s super shiny. Overall I give 5 stars, this spot exceeded my expectations and I will be a customer forever. Ps. I took this

I just had the interior of my 2019 detailed and shampooed at JR’s Auto Spa, and I have to say—it looks BETTER than the day I bought it. The team did an incredible job; every surface was spotless, the carpets and seats felt brand new, and the whole cabin smelled fresh and clean. As a nice surprise, they threw in a complimentary exterior wash that left my car absolutely glowing under the lights. I drove off feeling like I had a brand-new vehicle again. Unfortunately, just 15 minutes after picking it up, I got rear-ended. I immediately called JR’s, and their response was unreal. They told me to bring it right back, and they took me in the same day—no questions asked. The owner personally came out, felt awful about what happened (even though it wasn’t their fault at all), and said, “It’s on me

10/10 experience! From booking the initial appointment to paying for the service, everyone I interacted with was super friendly and provided great customer service. I brought my car in for a detail and I am extremely happy with the result, my car looks brand new! I will 100% recommend JRs and will be a returning customer!

Incredible, first-class Customer Service & communication with potential & actual Customers. Couldn't recommend this place enough based on their Customer Service alone, which is merely the cherry on top of the wonderful detailing work they do. Without any knowledge ahead of time, they carefully explained the paint correction work they provided (included in my exterior detail!). It was top-notch and removed a blemish I had been living with after a shoddy repair shop first attempted to remedy paint errors caused when I got sideswiped about a year prior. If all the pictures provided by other reviewers weren't evidence enough, anyone in the market for an exterior detail and/or paint correction of their vehicle would be remiss to not give JR's AutoSpa a try.
