Joe's Auto - Surprise

Came in about a week ago for an oil change and again on Friday for a maintenance thing. Both times Dean was very helpful and straight forward about the process and time frame to get everything done. The work was done fast and efficient! They did not try and push anything on you. The price they quoted is the price I paid! I have found a mechanic who I will be using from now on! 10/10 would recommend trying Joe's auto! You will not regret it!

Dean was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my car. He didn’t try to up charge me, and tried to save me money at every turn. They have their own financing that I found would’ve been helpful. He saved me money so close to Christmas. Thank you Dean and team. I’m sure that we have found our new auto garage.

What a breath of fresh air! I called Joe’s at the recommendation of my daughter. My car was overheating and needed diagnostic to find leak. Dean was so caring, efficient and informative. Brought my car in after another place claimed I had broken struts that were cupping my tires. The fellas here took a look, let me know my car had nothing wrong with it, and charged me nothing. It feels good to know there are honest and trustworthy people at Joe's. I'll definitely come back again if I have any real car trouble in the future.

Dean (the manager) helped me get the windshield motor replaced in my car, as well as a vehicle inspection. The mechanics did an exceptional job. Dean was very honest and professional too. I highly recommend this place!
