I will choose Joe’s time and time again! I’ve had maintenance done on my car at multiple shops in town before I found Joe’s and I’ll never take my car anywhere else from now on. First off, the service warranty is triple the time and distance that other shops are offering. When they perform an inspection they text you a link with a report of what they’ve found. The report is broken down into color-coded sections of level of importance for each repair, including a photo of each issue. They will call you to go through and explain each problem, as well as quote the repair cost. They give you straight-forward and realistic advice on how to prioritize the repairs if you cannot afford all of them. I truly feel like they have my back and aren’t trying to pull one over on me. Extremely professional

Lack of communication on 2 separate occasions: #1. They tried to charge me a $600 “parking/housing” fee when I picked up my vehicle after being on vacation. If it is their policy that all vehicles must be picked up within 24 hours of completed service then it should be clearly communicated verbally, on their paperwork, or with a posted sign. Had I known, I would have arranged for a friend or family member to pick up my vehicle. I was at least able to get them to reduce the fee after much back-and-forth debate. #2. A device in my vehicle was not working on the back end so tech support needed to be called. On Friday Zach said he would only make the phone call if I paid $600. I thought that was outrageous so I instead opted to replace the old device with a new one. I paid $249 for the old d

I greatly appreciated Zach’s expertise with my vehicle. He explained everything slowly, clearly and even listened to my concerns. I really liked the detailed inspection report WITH pictures texted directly to my phone. Joe’s after hours drop off and pickup accommodations are perfect for me too.

Joe's was really nice to fit us in when we had car troubles. They called with estimates and when the car would be ready. They were really informative with everything that was wrong and the repairs that had taken place. We were very appreciative of their help and professionalism.

Today these people where my life savers. My van broke down on the high way and I got towed into town. I was very cold and with no clue what to do. I had my son with me. They got us in immediately and looked at the problem. Couldn't have it fixed today but they helped me arrange a tow back to Faribault. After a lot of unexpected expenses we got home. We were stuck in there for a few hours. The staff was so kind. And the tow service they work with 'tri state llc' amazing. Thank you. We arem home safe and warm.
