The work they did on my car was fine, but they’ll definitely try to upsell you. My heat wasn’t working so I brought my car in. Once they called me after inspecting the vehicle, I was told on the phone that something was wrong with the coolant and he recommended I pay extra for them to test the pressure and see if the issue was an air bubble in the line or something. I declined and asked if there was anything besides that test to see what’s wrong with the heat. He said no, it all looked fine. Any time I tried to ask clarifying questions he answered with very technical language (he was just mumbling reading off the report in front of him). Scheduled my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation and noted I needed my vehicle by noon. When I arrived for service I asked if I could get my vehicle by 10:30 instead since there was a change in my work day. They said they had a very busy day ahead of them but got my vehicle done ahead of schedule. I was so pleased and highly recommend them for service. They’re very customer oriented.

Usually, I am too busy to leave reviews, but these guys deserve one! Didn’t go to Joe’s by choice, but I am happy we found them. I broke down on a drive from lacrosse to Twin Cities and just happen to be near their shop when it happened. Ironically, there was a shop up the street that we hit first on the way to Joe’s (I won’t mention names )but the mechanic gave me an outlandish diagnosis by peeking at it quickly, but it was clear to me. He just didn’t want to tackle my issue! I am not a mechanic, but very mechanical and know the repair would have been a pain in the butt, but Joe’s still took it on and did it at a very reasonable price.
