TC is an amazing employee! My battery was completely dead, but I was able to get it to the parking lot. TC helped me get the correct battery I needed for my car, for a good price too! As well as he installed it for me! Which I truly appreciated so much, especially since I didn’t have the correct tools, and had no idea how to do it, and my dad was 2 hours away and Triple A didn’t have a battery available. He also slowed down and showed me what I need to do and the tools I need when I need to replace my battery again. I will only go to O’Reilly’s in Winona now, and if you need help I highly recommend asking if TC is working, he knows what he is doing and truly deserves a raise! He made my night, that day. Super friendly staff, I went in needing a new headlight bulb, the gentlemen went to check and they didnt have my size on the floor so he went in back and found the correct size and then installed it so I didnt have to. Grateful for the quick service and help!

Pretty much get along with everyone, especially the red head that works there, have a good idea of what they are talking about and trying to help you out best they can.
