The Technician, Isaiah, came to service my AAA call. I could not have asked for a more professional and compassionate service provider!! Despite the single digit temps and late afternoon timing, Isaiah showed genuine concern for my wellbeing (I'm 80 yrs old) and had me on my way in no time at all. Isaiah, bless you!!

Card broke down at the mall nearby and this shop was awesome. Andrew towed my car within 15 minutes and even explained what could've happened to my car. Joe himself was very nice and was able to fix my car the following day at a reasonable price. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself in a pinch.

Joe’s Towing & Auto must be trying to drum up more business… because one of their towing vehicles just ran me off the road into the grass while getting on the highway. Thankfully I drive an SUV and I learned to drive on the crazy streets of south Florida. My husband and I called the business and spoke with Joyce, who informed us that this driver is “one of their best”…. That doesn’t give me much hope for the others. Be wary if you see a Joe’s Towing & Auto vehicle on the road… you just might need their services when they’re done with you.
