I’ve financed two vehicles from this dealership and even brought my younger brother here for his first car. Unfortunately, while my first truck was fine, my brother’s car needed a lot of work soon after purchase. Later, when I bought a Subaru Forester from them, it required major repairs — new power steering lines, rack and pump, and multiple CV axle replacements. When I tried to have these issues addressed, I was often treated as though I was the problem for bringing up concerns. Even after another mechanic spoke directly with Mike and confirmed there were serious issues with the front end, my concerns were still dismissed. I cannot recommend Tyngsboro Motors highly enough. I purchased an older model Jeep from them just this week. It was the most pleasant, easiest experience possible. My salesman Mike was outstanding and helpful in every way, as were all the other staff, special shout out to Cassidy for putting up with all my questions. And for my Jeep??? I did my due diligence and had it looked at by my garage. It got a glowing check up & they actually wanted to know where I ever found such a clean, well serviced used car. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this dealership.

Emailed Mike on Tuesday, received a call on Wednesday morning, and was the proud owner of this gently used Mercedes less than an hour after arriving at the dealership on Wednesday afternoon. I'm thankful to Mike and his team for assisting me during this purchase.
