Took my SUV in for detailing last Wednesday (5/28/25). I had dust, dirt, pine needles, scuffs on my dashboard, crumbs, bits of packaging, you name it, it was in there. I don't know how they did it, but my vehicle came back impeccably clean. They got crumbs out of places I didn't even know existed. External detailing was incredible, the vehicle had a new car shine to it. Plus, if there is an issue with the detailing, they take care of it, no questions asked, and will do what it takes to get the job up to par. It's worth the price, they really take the time to do the job right.

Gianna is a Great Salesperson. Spends time to understand what the buyer needs and how much they want to spend. Very efficient.

My family has been going to Modern Auto for years. Today, I went to Modern Auto to speak to a representative in regards to trading in my current car (that I got from them) to exchage for another car they now have. Wanda was very knowledgeable and respectable when talking to my wife and myself. Her assistance was appreciated. After receiving the paperwork, my wife and I decided to go due to the dealers stating that the car I got from them a year and a half ago is now less than half of what it was worth. With that, we were understanding that this would be a poor decision. This is NOT the reason why I am rating this one star. Modern Auto Care is the BEST! Darren is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Darren provides exceptional customer service, something that doesn’t really exist anymore! I will continue to use Modern Auto Care as they provide a product above anyone else but more importantly because Darren provides someone of the best customer experience I have ever encountered.
