Unfortunately, this business operates with a lack of honesty and integrity. I brought in my tire for a simple patch repair, only to be told it was “unfixable” and that I needed to purchase a used replacement instead. When I requested my original tire back, I was told it had already been taken away by the trash truck, only to later spot it sitting right on top of a pile of other tires. This experience made it clear that they were not being truthful or transparent. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

I'm down from MA working and this morning the low tire light was on. I went to another tire place down the street and they couldn't fit me in until the next day and they actually recommended Joe's. Joe's fit me right in, found the issue quickly and got a replacement tire on my van and me out the door quickly. I'm very happy to not have to worry about a flat tire to.orrow morning and on the 9-10 hour ride home the next day. Thanks Joe's!

Owner very rude and wouldn’t accept me because I needed air in my tire..said they don’t have time even though I’ve waited over 20mins with just one car in front of me

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this tire shop, largely due to the owner’s unprofessional and arrogant behavior. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, but the situation escalated when I had to deal directly with the boss. Instead of speaking respectfully or trying to help, he came across as cocky, dismissive, and completely uninterested in providing basic customer service. He spoke in a rude tone, interrupted me while I was explaining my issue, and made it clear he didn’t value my time or business. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism and basic respect. I’ve visited this place several times (this was my fourth or fifth visit), and I’ve always received great customer service from the employees. Their work is consistently good, and it shows that they care about what they do. However, during my most recent visit, I felt uncomfortable witnessing the owner speak in an unpleasant manner to an employee in front of me as a customer. It wasn’t nice to see. This is meant more as constructive feedback: how employees are treated also affects the customer experience. With the great work the staff does, a more respectful environment would make this place even better.
