I was a bit worried because I made my service appointment before reading past reviews, but my experience turned out to be a 180 from other people. I called ahead and spoke to Liza to make sure they could do a brake job and verify that they had the pads in stock. I was greeted by her when I dropped off my bike and she gave me a time table for job completion. I ask about local shops and she suggested a consignment store 2 minutes away. I returned after being called to say the bike was ready. Turns out Liza had been riding since she was ten. That woman has an abundance of experience and even owned her own shop. I called to have my bike picked out and fixed. left my keys in the bike for them to pick up and they never picked it up nor did they call to tell me. they came at a later date finally, only after I called and asked about it. seems like they forgot. hayden had my bike for 3 weeks, just chewed clean out the carburetor and replace the battery. hey slapped me with a 500 dollar bill. avoid going to this dealership at all costs.

Thought $700 estimate was a bit high to change brake lines, especially when I bought the parts myself. Another dealer installed for $220. Not to mention a few missed appointments, this maybe a service place of last resort.
