The Wash Bar

I just recently purchased a membership here for my husband and I and so far I am very pleased with the actual car wash itself. Even if there’s a line, it doesn’t take long and my car looks amazing. Definitely worth the price of the membership considering what one car wash costs anywhere else in town. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because when I was told about the plan information, they said that if you buy one membership, the second one would be at a discounted rate, however, when you go to enroll, the discount does not automatically kick in. It was a bit of a mess to work with one of the employees to get the second membership at the correct rate And they definitely need to get a better system in place if they’re going to offer that.

I take car washes very seriously, so I do not take this review lightly. This is the best car wash I have had in a very long time! I am a loyal Wash And roll customer, but I wish we had the wash bar in Nashville! I had the best pre wash down that I’ve had in a long time before the car wash even began. They used very powerful sprayers and even pushed the mirrors in so that when I went through the car wash the mirrors didn’t pop out- Which was much appreciated! The vacuum area is also perfect! The vacuums are super powerful. They also have perfectly moist towels to wipe the car after you’ve gone through. Best experience ever!

The touch screen was so easy to use, the guy at the front was kind and patient bc I was confused about when to switch to neutral lol the car wash was awesome and I could tell it was doing a thorough job, I’ve never seen anything like it. Very different then the other car washes I’ve been through, I say this in the most positive way. This car wash is the best in the Cedar Valley, by far. After the wash is done, you can vacuum your car free of cost, they also have wash cloths, a cleaning spray, and car air fresheners for anyone to use free of cost, to clean the inside of your vehicle! It’s so convenient and easy! Your car will smell so good and sparkle like a flawless diamond! Love it! I obtained this car wash for FREE, by the way. The wash was great, and my car came out very clean. However, the associates doing the presoak prior to going into the automated car wash folded in each of my power-folding mirrors by hand against the motors and it made the most foul noise and crunch I have ever heard my car make. There was a reason it was hard to fold them in by hand. When I unfolded them after the wash, it made the same crunching/grinding noise. Hopefully, nothing is broken. I understand that I should have had them folded myself but if there was a sign saying that they should be folded I missed it.

I cancelled my subscription for the automatic wash today. Of the last 4 or 5 washes that I had there, they had all been subpar, with the one today being one of the worst that I had gotten anywhere. Overpriced for what you get. I also had to go in the office to cancel as the app would not work. Unfortunate as I had been a member almost since they opened. Not going back.
