I want to personally thank Chris in the service department for his wisdom and professionalism. I also wanted to thank the entire John Miles staff and crew for their positive attitudes and dedication to excellence. I previously tried to get my airbag service recall at another dealership and was denied service for over a year. I called, made an appointment and they never got back with me! I received a mailer from the John Miles dealership for the same recall. I called, Chris answered the phone, setup my appointment and got it completed for me. Once again thank you all for not just doing your job but taking care of now a new customer. Keep up the great work and service!

😷😷😷😷😷 "VERY UNPROFESSIONAL" This service department needs to be revamped and overhauled. I arrived at the dealership for my routine oil change a little before 3PM. I pull into the bay and I'm the only vehicle there. I wait inside my vehicle for a serviceman to come ask what I needed. NO ONE CAME... After about 10 minutes of watching the service team members walk back and forth in front of my vehicle, I get out and go inside to find everyone sitting behind their counter....even then no one acknowledged me! I had to say "Can someone help me?" Even after then I stood in the door waiting for another minute or so. Finally a gentleman assisted me, but they assisted the vehicle that pulled in AFTER I had been there for several minutes. I only asked for an oil change! The waiting area was empty,
