I needed 2 new tires and an alignment. John’s auto took me in right away! Customer service is top notch. The techs are constantly on the go and communicating appropriately. I’m very happy with my service today.
Excellent customer service and attention to detail. They fixed my check-engine light, cleared multiple engine codes, and replaced my tires and sensors in a reasonable amount of time. With over 20 years of experience and locations in Medford, Malden, and Saugus, they’re a reliable shop.
1st time and last time. They over charged me for an oil change. They did not have the oil I need so I bought it from across the street and I bought the filter also but charge me $45 for 15 mins labor what a rip off.
Tried to rich out to the owner 3 times and he NEVER called me or have someone to contact me. VERY POOR
