Never go to John's Family Auto in Oxford, AL. John Heard is a scam artist and a complete liar. He will say one thing and continue on to do otherwise. I was sold a Nissan Rogue and barely made it home. It's been a whole month and I still don't have any of my money back or a vehicle from John. My best advice is to stay away from John Heard and any vehicle he is selling

On December 16, 2022, I purchased a 2012 Black Buick Enclave from this company. I paid cash and, of course, received a bill of sale. I am thrilled withe the car and have had no problems with it whatsoever. The reason for three stars, is due to the fact I never received the title. It was not until a month ago while going through my files did I realize this. Over the past month I have left two voice mails asking about the tile and its whereabouts. I even text the owner twice with my newest address. I find it extremely irresponsible that I have heard zero from the company and I am very concerned about this issue. Robby Duty

Bought a 2013 Kia from him, picked it up on a Friday and the motor blew up Saturday. He took no responsibility and basically said tough luck! It had a hole in the gas tank, fuel pump mounts were broken along with a dozen recalls, all of which I was not told about. It’s been 3 months now and I still don’t have the car nor do I have a BOS or title. My advice is never do business with John’s Family Auto!
