Over charged,driver was nice, took for over to get my car. Gave us a price and wouldn't tow till paid with credit card first then added on 50 dollars more never said was a $25 c.c fee which is the only way they would come tow my car.

Another tow company was supposed to be here at 9 am they never showed I called john's towing .And they were here less than an hour, definitely would recommend

My son’s car just broke down and being that he just moved to the area to complete his schooling , he doesn’t have a lot of connections yet. So his dad(Me) heard about John’s Towing Service, called them and talked to TJ . He could not have been nicer and more helpful. Picked up my son’s car and had it towed to the garage exactly when he told me he would. The garage got his car in a day early and are fixing as we speak and for a completely reasonable price. Shout out to Wallicks Automotive also!! Both come highly recommended!!!!!!!!

After agreeing to pick up my car on Thursday, this company gave me the run around until Monday. They wouldn't answer the phone, or say they'd have to call be back then don't, they even hung up on me! Why not just say no instead or being rude and jerking me around for 5 days? I finally had to take a hint and call another company. Do your self a favor and just call someone else to start.

My car ended up getting towed & I was upset. soon as I located it my anger changed, they owners were very friendly people but also humorous. I laughed the whole time I was there and enjoyed the small talk with them I ended up finding out about other services they provide and took a business card with me! They actually turned my day around and I got my car back very quickly. Now I will be returning back for other services with someone fixing on my car & I’ve been looking for a mechanic for awhile guess it was a blessing in disguise!
