I had to write a review!!! I had the BEST experience and collision repair done at Johnson Equipment Sales & Service, 6070 Collett Rd. in Farmington after an unfortunate accident in December. I was referred by a company and had no idea they did collision work and it's outstanding quality! Im so pleased with the work. From the time I was greeted by Cory, Collision Shop Foreman I knew this was the Shop to repair my car. Professional, kind and knowledgeable. If you need Collision repair I highly recommend them.

I was extremely happy with my experience. I had a laundry list of issues that were wrong with my vehicle. Service was faster than expected. All my issues were fixed in the same day. Price was better than I had hoped for as well. I have found my forever mechanics.

This company and its staff exemplify "Customer Service". They are a big time, big truck service center. I was that poor guy who looses a boat trailer bearing on my way to vacation. Dangerous situation and I limped off the thruway wondering what do I do now?? Made a call to local Johnson Equip, got my trailer there. They looked at it immediately with the unfortunate news the trailer was toast. Understanding I was on vacation, needed the boat, and provided me options to fix, but even quicker to get a new trailer. They facilitated a transfer of the boat, and made sure it fit and was safe. I had 6 of their people, the GM and I think the owner was there. They realized I had a family vacation to tend to and made the situation positive. THEY ARE A COMPANY THAT WALKS THE TALK OF THIER MIS

We've rented a storage trailer from them for many years and they've always been great to deal with. Very friendly and professional staff.
