Cody is excellent! We’ve been coming here for about 3 years and they haven’t failed us yet! Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. This shop is honest, efficient, and truly committed to taking care of their customers. Whenever we have an issue they diagnose it quickly, explain everything in a straightforward way, and don’t try to upsell us on anything we don’t need. The work is always done the same day, and the pricing is always fair. Their integrity and workmanship set them apart. Five stars without hesitation. I've been a customer of Johnson Tire /Auto since they opened their doors, and I can confidently say they're the best in Orangeburg. From the very beginning, they were the only repair shop that truly took the time to understand my concerns with my truck instead of rushing me in and out. I recently had what I called an emergency with my infinity that resulted in me having to get a radiator. I figured this would be quite expensive so I called around received estimates that were not guaranteed but after contacting Johnson Tire and auto it was the best thing I could have done. Over the phone he ordered the part and after I dropped the vehicle off the part arrived later than we thought. I was told the repair would probably be the next morning but I told him I needed it for Tavel they stayed and made sure that I was good to go. They were professional, timely, trustworthy and efficient. This was excellent service on a scale of 10 out of 10. Thank you so much! They are now my go to mechanic because they do it all.
