After reading all of the positive reviews I decided to give Strickland Brothers a try. Draven and Fatima greeted me with such kindness. I didn't have to wait at all, they started working immediately. The coupon I downloaded wasn't working but Draven had one I could use. I told my husband about them and he got his oil changed the next day. A couple of days later I was driving by and a rubber bungee strap w/metal prongs got stuck in my tire. I couldn't drive to a tire shop like that so I pulled into Strickland Bros. to figure out what to do. I asked if they plugged tires but unfortunately they do not. But Patrick was an absolute angel and got his own tire plug kit out of his car and fixed it for me. You don't run into many people that go out of their way to help a stranger. He will never kn
I’ve been going to Strickland Brothers for my last 3 oil changes and this last experience was the BEST! Korinn and Micheal were top notch and very professional at the Cross Lanes, WV location. Highly recommend.
This was my second visit to the location in Cross Lanes, WV. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received both times. The staff is kind and personable, informative about my vehicle, and very efficient! I will definitely be returning and absolutely recommend this location for service!!!
Service was great, quick and professional. Staff was very friendly. This is my 2nd visit there having oil changed in 2 vehicles. I highly recommend them for the type of services they provide. They also offer a military discount. I will be returning again for all of my oil changing services.
The guys at Strickland, Brothers and Cross lanes were absolute angels. They got me fixed up in a hurry and we’re very nice people. Highly recommend.
