Jon's Auto Repair

I had a wonderful experience from my initial entrance, I know how hard it can be to find a trustworthy auto repair shop these days, but Jon's Auto Repair made the whole process easy. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming, and you can immediately tell they know what they are doing. They helped me with a coolant system flush we were working on with my Ram 2500 6.4 HEMI. Instead of rushing through things, they took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was done properly. I really appreciated their knowledge and willingness to talk through the details. The shop itself is clean, organized, and has a comfortable waiting area which makes a difference when you're waiting on your vehicle. The staff treated me with respect and were very professional the entire time. It

Had my vehicle checked at another auto shop and they quoted 2.4k of repairs (such as 1100 for a fuel pump repair). Went to Jon’s based on reviews and asked for an honest evaluation of whether the vehicle should be scrapped or repaired. The team at Jon’s tested and evaluated the vehicle and were able to fix my electric coolant sensor for a very reasonable price and that fixed the whole issue and the van runs great. I will be a repeat customer. I appreciate their fairness and integrity and they were fairly priced.

I never write reviews but they were impressively honest. They diagnosed an expensive issue and figured out that it could be covered by warranty, which I had forgotten about. I typically avoid bringing cars to the dealer for service but they referred me to the dealer because it would be less hassle and likely cheaper for me than having them do the warranty work. They could have done the work and made no mention of the warranty. I would have paid the bill and been none the wiser. I will go back here for any future repairs.

This is the first mechanic shop I’ve been to that was truly honest. They gave me transparent pricing, explained my options clearly, and let me decide what to do next without any pressure. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism.

Wally is an honest man and educated me on my car parts, repair and process. He even texted me pictures/video and in person what parts were replaced and why. They also give you back the difference in labor if they complete the work under what was quoted. This will be my new go to shop. Very honest and reliable service.
