Jose is the best. I’ve been taking my 2013 VW to him for a few years. He is honest, fair and explains everything very thoroughly. I cannot recommend this mechanic shop enough. If you live in Charlotte and you need a good reliable place to go, you should definitely check out Jose’s. Also Jaeden that works at the desk is great too!
