Jose's Tire Service #2

I took my car too get a tire replaced over at Jose’s tires a day before thanksgiving, I asked them for a used tire “which said it has 50% left” needless too say what I’m making this review for is my tire blew 2 days after getting it. The day before the tire was flat I took it back to get it looked at and he just aired it up. I got my car towed over to another shop to get a new tire. After getting the new tire I went back too Jose’s over in Davenport, I pulled in and there was who looked like the owner I talked too her she immediately asked me for my name I showed her the tire which I forgot to mention it was 14 years old she kept on saying “you should’ve came by during the 7 day warranty” which I never got any word of no one said nothing about that. I had my tire changed at Jose’s back in May. A few months later, the same tire went bad again. I went back expecting them to stand by their work, but instead they claimed my rim was bent which is hard to believe since I haven’t hit or run over anything that could cause that kind of damage. Then the lady had the nerve to say, “Yeah, I’ve been to Chicago and there are a lot of potholes.” First of all, how do you even know I’m from Chicago? Secondly, how do you know I’m traveling from Chicago to Iowa? I’m not a novice driver , I know how to avoid potholes. You don’t know me . Anywho , they took the tire off and told me the rim was bent from the inside which is wild to me . Awesome place! I had a tire that Firestone wouldn’t fix bc it was too close to side. Bs. A friend recommended Jose’s. I went there and they said said they could fix it! $30! Saved me $222 from Firestone. Cool employees, professional, and clean. Highly recommend!
