This place is great. Prices are competitive to the point where I'm surprised they're not any higher. Straight to the point and fast service. I'm taking both my cars here for oil/break/inspections and any bigger jobs I may need. Folks are friendly and no time wasted, I'm just super impressed 👍👍

Was in town briefly for military business and decided to bring my car in for an inspection since I live out of state. They got my car in quick and caught an exhaust leak which failed the inspection. I was told they would have to replace the manifold in house. They overplayed their hand saying it would take 2-3 days and cost $1,400-1,600. When I explained I couldn't make that work since I was only in town briefly, the gentleman ringing me up got flustered and short with me and was quick to get me out of the store. After getting home and bringing my car into another shop, they let me know that the metal is still good and only needs a repair that'll cost me around $300. Beware if you're not a local getting an inspection done here, I have a feeling that's how they make a lot of money.

I just moved here and went to Joyce for a state and emissions inspection. They failed the car due to one burned out tag light and wanted to charge $140 and have me come back the next day to get it fixed, saying it was "complicated and would take long", . My dad ended up paying $2 for replacement lights and fixing it himself in 10 mins. When he went back at 4:30 PM for a re-inspection, a half hour before they close, he was told it was late and to come back the next day. Went first thing in the morning, and had to wait another half hour as there was "someone in front" in him despite there being no one else in the lot. I don't really understand how this place has so many great reviews but maybe it's only people with out-of-state plates they treat poorly.

Did an oil change for $20 because I brought my own oil and filter, great price especially for an Audi, will be going back

I've taken my car here 4 or 5 times now, for both minor and major work. They do good work for a good price. They always have the car back quicker than I expect. The team here is always thorough, professional, and fair. I'm glad to have Joyce Motors at the end of my street.
