i’d love to leave zero stars! i had the displeasure after hitting ice and needs a tow from these guys who showed up without telling you a price and will have an instant attitude when u say u have triple a. the male employee is who came to make my night even worse with his temper tantrum because he complained abt how far my car was (police said i was lucky i didn’t flip.) extremely condescending and best for last slams his clipboard around while you wait in the tow car with him. extremely uncomfortable! extremely unprofessional! seems like if you are gonna complain abt how far a car is you shouldn’t do this…or maybe keep the comments to yourself like a emotionally regulated adult.

These guys are stole my gold ring Ang a prepaid card with$4950 on it. They are nasty and rude. I will be filing a police report. Please consider using a different towing company.

I recently required towing service from Julian's Garage, Inc. when my car decided to quit on the side of the road. On the positive side, the actual tow itself was handled professionally. The driver arrived reasonably close to the estimated time and was careful and skilled when loading and securing my vehicle. It was transported safely to the service center, and I have no complaints about the technical aspect of the job. However, the experience warrants three stars due to the overall cost. The final bill felt noticeably high for the distance towed compared to previous experiences with other local services. While the tow was competent, the value proposition wasn't quite there. I broke down and I was looking for a local company to help me. I have an autistic son and he was having a meltdown, my wife gave a laundry list of things to do today and I was having a bad day. But thanks to them I was able to get pick up super fast and on the road again. I haughty recommend them. Thank you guys you are awesome!!

scammers. Just because they towed my car from a street thats 5 minutes away they are charging me $1000, I reached to the to get the car back as soon as this happened and kept saying “we do not work come back after 3 days” and charged me for those 3 days of storage. This place is full of scam! Never go here, and apparently I am supposed to pay in cash. Lawsuit incoming.
