Friendly and knowledgeable crew. Got us in pretty quickly and fixed many concerns with our semi. Explained the issues in detail and what they did to fix it. They also answered any questions we had.

I recently had an emergency with my tractor. I showed up without an appointment and explained the problem. They took my tractor in immediately even though they were very busy. In 2 hrs they had tracked down the problem. A problem they had never seen before. Had to order apart that was difficult to locate. Ordered on That same day and I had my truck back in 3 work days. Outstanding service! Kasey in the service department could not have done a better job. Awesome service man! I recommend him for your service needs. Great job done by all involved. Mechanic was great. I came in for engine derate. The exceptional staff was accomendating to my needs in my time of distress and disarray. The well trained staff was giving me advice about solutions to the problems. They worked me in quickly and took initiative to have the parts ready for the mechanics in the morning!. Quality staff with customers best interest in mind by providing excellent service

Definitely do not recommend! I read previous negative reviews and didn’t think twice of it but man oh man did we regret it. We unfortunately broke down right down the street from the shop with our transmission overheating AND leaking, which we stressed to them. It was a Wednesday, we left the truck there all the way up until Tuesday of next week since they “couldn’t get to it.” Not to mention, the entire time our truck was there they had horrible communication between the shift changes with what was the real issue with our truck. We are not mechanics so we were told that with them doing the job they were going to do, it would fix our issue. So, they did the job, we went to pick up the truck, and were told the truck might still leak but will not overheat. All the while the main issue was no
