This company is amazing and was truly a blessing for us! We were broke down on the interstate from a bad radiator, was scammed by a roadside company (Block Diesel), was able to make it to Truck Country, and they took excellent care of us. They even shuttled us to a nearby hotel while they repaired our radiator. Had it ready the next morning. I will recommend them to everyone.

They got me in at a reasonable amount of time to evaluate the issues with my semi truck. They lived up to their repair time estimates. They have a great drivers lounge with TV, showers, laundry, and vending machines.

On January 22 2026 my egr stopped working near DeForest wi.. peterbilt and kenworth where booked out til the 27th. Contacted Truck Country, They said they'd be able to look at it first thing Friday morning. Dropped the truck off Thursday afternoon, contacted them Friday morning, was told Truck was in the shop being diagnostics with tech. On my way in from the motel recieved an email that the truck would not run,due to frozen fuel filter. So the truck wasn't even in the shop, about a hour after I arrived they used a loader to get the truck into the shop. A few hours later I was emailed that that diagnostic would be delayed till Monday. I was going to stop for some service but after watching other reviews, I'll skip it. I stopped at a dealer. Also, freightliner, in Effingham Illinois. My oil suction manifold broke not the great experience either. I have to sit there for 2 days because they had to order parts . And at the end, they had the parts in the warehouse, there. 🙄 $1800 labor. $400 parts
