We just bought our Brinkley Z3610 yesterday and everyone was so helpful and amazing to work with. Chris, our sales person was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Josh, the GM was very helpful and got us a great price on our trade in! Mike, the technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything on our walkthrough very thoroughly and answered any questions we had. We will always go back to Kunes!

We bought a brand new Jayco. A small one, but a big deal for us. It wasn't ready for pick up when they said but they did deliver it to us later. No follow ups after. We felt like we weren't as important because of our cheap camper. Its sad because we love our camper and some of the employees were excellent

Kunes in De Forest, WI is fantastic! We found our Heartland travel trailer online May 2025. Michael was great to deal with online, on phone and when we went to pick it up. December 18 we were packing to leave for AZ where snowbird. Our thermostat went out. I reached out to Kunes and Tori was so helpful. She said they had a thermostat and to bring camper in on our way out of WI. We live in Shawano. We were there about 3pm that afternoon. They installed the new thermostat, checked our swaybars and even installed the back camera we had bought. While waiting our little cockapoo, Lulu was welcome to run around the showroom visiting and playing fetch with everyone. Of course, they also gave her a lot of treats. We highly recommend Kunes if you are in the market for new or used camper. Fantastic

I wanted to sell our camper. I had been talking to Kassidy tor some time trying to get it all sorted and we established a great relationship. My husband & i finally got ready to move forward but upon visiting the business we soon realized the relationship we developed with kassidy really made everything easier. Due to the extensive time and energy we have put into trying to get listed, starting OVER wasnt exactly something we wanted to do. However when we begain to start the entire process over again, we were met with an unprofessional staff. The staff became super unwelcoming, unprofessional, and seemingly were not interested in showing us any hospitality or helping us with our endeavor. So we will be taking our busness elsewhere. The sales team was great. Good luck with service. The phone system is guard dog that never allows you to speak with anyone and you'll never, never, never get a call back. NEVER. Worst customer service ever front the front line management of service center. Don't get me wrong, they speak very friendly to you when you do get a conversation, follow up is void. Techs seem to be great at least. Rvs can be rolling issues. Service is needed. Choose your dealer wisely!
