K G Express Lube

Avoid this place unless you enjoy poor customer service. Waited for a long time for someone to come out of the office and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I just got in my car and drove away.

I have no idea how this garage has gotten any review about a 1 star. We have just moved to the area and was warned about going to this garage however, KG Express was local and I am definitely an advocate for supporting local business so decided to give them a chance. We got a simple oil change, thought everything was fine until I started smelling something burning. My husband who was not in town told me to check the oil, which we had changed 378 miles ago and the oil level when checked on the level and a cold motor was below the add line. We could hear the valves making noise as the motor was extremely low on oil. That night I also slid cardboard underneath the front end to see if anything was leaking. There were 2 oil marks. Don't use these guys if you are a woman. Just got home and listened as my wife relayed the half hour high pressure sales pitch she got while just trying to get a quick oil change. She will never use them again. BTW- their prices are high for the oil change.

These guys do a great job, very efficient!

I had my truck serviced w/ these folks today. There had 3 employees on duty, 2 senior and 1 in-training. All of them were polite and professional. The service was good and a fair price. I went to the shop next door and it was clean and organized but I have not utilized this service yet. I have one issue w/ the Quick Lube facility and it is a very big issue. They have no fall protection over there open lube bays. I talked to the employees about this hazard and they simply responded .."we need to be really careful".. Relying solely on human behavior to prevent a serious injury or death of an employee or customer is the worst approach to a safe work environment. The employees and I suspect the ownership are completely complacent to the seriousness of this hazard. I can already here the reason
