I went to this store for help with a tool to assist me in changing my spark plug coil. Listen I'm strong... but not 2006 Ford engine block bolts with a screwdriver strong. James was amazing. He politely laughed at my misfortunes while giving me the best customer service. James guided me through what I should do and how to do it. Him and his coworkers went above and beyond making sure I had what I needed. James, just so you know, we did it. The check engine light cleared. #independentwomanthatdontneednomanbutthosefromnapa

My mom went in to ask for some help and get new headlights for her car and the person there was very rude and unhelpful. Made her feel bad for not knowing everything about her car. So I guess only go here if you’re a mechanic who doesn’t need to ask any questions

The guy checked my fluids and said there was nothing in there and made me buy more and when I asked for help to put it in he wouldn't but kinda explained how to do it. I drove back to work and my coworker checked my fluids and said I have plenty in there and fixed my problem for me.

This is the best NAPA! Every single person that works here is very helpful, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. They have almost everything I need and at reasonable prices. Plus they are super convenient right in Stevensville.

I want to give this NAPA Auto Parts two thumbs up! The owner had called my grandma about a lawn mower belt we needed and he had in stock. Went down and got the belt with no hesitation.
