Tire-Rama

Went there due to no oil pressure. Took it up to this location to get it fixed. They told me it was oil pressure sensor. They fixed that only to have it have same error 2 days later. Took it back up there to have them tell me they put in an after market part and they will put in name brand the next time. Had them fix it again to have the same error an hour later. They then guessed it was connector. Made an appointment to have it fixed for 3rd time. They called me to let me know they had underestimated the time to fix it and would not be able to fix it that day. I am now requesting full refund and taking it to an actual shop to get problem fixed right. After missing 2 days of work for this already.

They got us in when they said they would, which was wonderful since we’re traveling from Florida. It took about an hour and everything was good and now we can travel with more confidence. They also have free ice cream for the customers, which is always, always a good thing.

Made an appointment for an alignment but the mechanic said they did not have enough time to finish so I paid for nothing.

I had my F350 in for some front end work which turned out great. Also asked if they would check out the automatic hubs on the fwd which weren’t engaging and give an estimate. They called and said they would have to put new hubs in which I agreed to do. The problem was that the mechanic replaced the hubs with manual hubs, not auto locking like was original. The manager had gone home so I had to come back next day. I was expecting a disagreement about what I should pay ( the cost was $633) but to my surprise Justin , the manager, decided to absorb the cost and didn’t want any payment. How many times does that happen?! They definitely have my business. We’ve always had great service there prior as well.

Buying tires and getting them installed can be challenging, but not at all this time. I wanted specific tires. No problem. My tires were special ordered, delivered to the shop and an appointment time was set to do the installation. John and his team did a perfect job (I'm picky) and it was done in about an hour! It's like having a new truck! I just couldn't be more pleased. No more worries over tires, I know right where to go. Thanks so much.
