Took multiple cars here and each time they would half fix the problem and a new issue would appear. I would take it back and they would fix the original problem and half fix the new one. It went on and on. Several neighbors had similar negative experiences. After going to another mechanic I realized K and M had charged me thousands that was unnecessary. Since going to another mechanic my cars run much better and go much longer between shop visits. Stay away from K and M!

Worse experience ever, I came in for an oil change and an inspection. Told them what I thought was wrong and they came back with a less than detail and very confusing report with hefty pricing with unnecessary fees. The person who changed my oil left a mess which made it look like i was leaking oil a week after they looked at my vehicle. On top of that i found a loose wire below the wire harness that was simply not put back from the inspection. I went to a different shop and they were able to fix everything for half the cost. I feel as though they added more problems to my car to try and get me back. Will never go back.

Above and beyond! Customer service is great, pricing is fair. They do amazing work and communicate well- I’ve taken all my vehicles here for years, and never have I been hit with surprise fees come bill time. Exactly what I’m looking for when maintaining my vehicles!

I don't think I can recommend this shop, as repair results are not worth with pricing. Came in for a fender liner repair and thermostat/water pump replacement over the course of two appointments. They told me it needed a new skid plate that needed to be ordered for this discontinued vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle, they did not walk me through the repair. What I found, while their tech was piloting his drone around the lot: the coolant reservoir had not been flushed and refilled (even though they charged me a premium to replace the fluid), the skid plate was missing from their repair manifest, they did not reinstall the mudflap, and the new liner was installed by using epoxy instead of the bolts, resulting in shoddy work that is not flush to the body or fender. I have been taking cars to K & M for over 20 years. I so appreciate their friendliness, communication, and honesty. I highly recommend this place! My adult kids use this place too for their cars!
