In April 2019 my family was headed on vacation nearly 200 miles from home and the computer in our car failed. We stopped in here to drop off our car to get fixed and bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey from them to continue on our vacation and make it home. We paid $2300 for the new van. The shop did a great job fixing our car and the labor rates were very reasonable. However we had to put nearly $2000 into the Honda Odyssey we bought from them. We had to put in all new brakes, both front wheel bearings and it had a major power steering leak and we had to put in a new high pressure power steering line. After all that, not even two months later in June 2019 and after only driving the 2006 Honda Odyssey that we bought from them about 1000 miles, the transmission blew on the interstate stranding us 1

In the famous words of Tony the tiger. Grrrrreat!!!!!! K&S Auto managed to fix do in less than 2 hours that includes tow, that Ken's A-1 could not do in over a week!!! They cam and got my truck, took it to their shop and in about an hour I get a call saying come down and we will show you the prob. So I do and they do. Long story short, I go home and in 20 minutes from the time I left them I get another call saying ti come outside to my back door. I get up what do I see. The mechanic standing next to my truck, he smiles at me gets in and it starts up. So I give him a ride back to his shop!!!! Theses people took my vehicle, checked it out, gave me a call when they figured out the problem to see if I wanted them to continue. That to me is respectful and thoughtful. I could not have asked f

The lengths that k & s automotive has gone to to help me get into a safe reliable vehicle is beyond anything I could have ever expected. Joe is so great to talk to and a real person who understands what hard times are and beyond money he genuinely cares about his coustomers I plan on doing business with him many times I'm sure and referring him to everyone I know. Great customer service. My gf refuses to go anywhere else and drives over an hour to see them for her car repairs. Last repair was good, her vehicle runs more smoothly and quieter. Will continue to go to in the future

The dealership sold me a vehicle which stalled out upon purchase and was so rusted out (not visible, but frame rust) that it could not have tires replaced. Most importantly, the dealership failed to transfer the title, which means I could not sell or scrap it myself. Received many promises that the owner would make the situation right, but 8 months later they have stopped taking my calls or responding to messages.
