Only put a star because I HAD to. This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. They have ZERO communication skills. Took my 2024 Kia Telluride here after it was hit as a brand new vehicle and could not have been more disappointed in their work! The passenger door does not shut correctly and half of it is not flush with the rest of the vehicle. They broke the plate that goes around the window button, and broke the window that didn’t have to be replaced and refused to fix it. They also broke a clip on the inside of the back door that holds the window shade. The guy that owns this place was given so many opportunities to fix their shitty work but then would not be there when appointments were made. They’re the real deal! This family-owned shop has been serving the community for 70 years and it’s easy to see why they’ve lasted so long. There’s no corporate nonsense here—no soulless chain where you’re just a claim number. The team at Kahl’s treats you like family, with genuine care, honesty, and old-school integrity that’s hard to find these days. My insurance company, Progressive tried every trick in the book to lowball me and push a cheap, substandard repair. They were being downright dishonest. I was stressed and frustrated, but the folks at Kahl’s stepped up in a big way and fought back against the insurance adjuster’s nonsense, and advocated for me every step of the way. Couldn't be happier with Kahls. Had my front bumper replaced. Insurance wanted to put a subpar part on my car that wasn't going to fit well or look good. Kahls fought for me and were able to get the correct oem bumper installed for no extra cost to me by working with my insurance. The work they do is amazing, it looks like new. I've taken 3 cars here and always had a great experience. I can say that Kahls truly cares about their customers which is rare these days.
