Kaiser Brothers CDJR of Danville

I have very mixed feelings about this dealership. I bought a vehicle here. It had issues almost immediately. They had the vehicle for 6 months. Couldn't figure it out.. or lack of trying. Then I get it home and it does the same exact thing it did before it went back there. They said they replaced the engine but I have no paperwork at all stating mileage or anything. They were helpful by letting me use a loaner car for 6 months but.. my vehicle came back the same way it left. And they broke a bunch of retaining clips and didn't put half of the hoses and wires back in their clips. And don't respond with anything when I sent them pictures of it. If I were the owner of this establishment I'd look into how my techs are tearing stuff apart..

Feel free to look up my reviews to gain a level of comfort that I rarely give 1 star reviews. I won't go into too many details... Here's the summary. One of their employees said "Chrysler is cheap" when inquiring about a particular service. Got transferred to the service department. Asked if they could help with a rather standard issue and the response was "no we don't do that". Would recommend the CDJR Blaise Alexander in Lewisburg, or Faulkner in Mechanicsburg. I had a previous interaction with this particular dealer when I was in the market for a new vehicle too. I clearly showed them competing prices and let them know I wanted to support the local dealership and was willing to pay MORE to do that. They didn't even entertain the idea, so I purchased the vehicle for around $6,000

I took my wrangler to Kaiser brothers of danville pa. It needed a good inspection. I dropped it off Novenber 13, 2024. 9 weeks later i get it back unfinished. They said the rear axle and pumpkin needed to be cleaned out. They replaced the seals out by the axles. But didnt fix the problem with metal chips in the axles. 3 days later the seal blew out and leaked gear oil. It took another 2 weeks to tow it back. That was about the middle of January 2025. 2 weeks ago. I called and steve told me they haven"t even looked at it. As of may 13 2025. I dont think they did anything yet.
