Only leaving 1 star cuz I have too. Had an appointment for 9am yesterday to have an interlock put in. They said it'd be about 3 hours got a ride home. 4 hours later we called and they had not even started it yet!! Trashy if you ask me. A customer with an appointment should not have went threw this!! And other friends have also had similar experiences!! Try to support local and that's how your treated yeah no thanks!! I'll drive the trip to Wichita

Windy was the greatest! We had a problem with the left rear wheel of our Jeep. Windy and the service tech had us back on the road in just a few hours at a very far price. Thanks again for the great job at Kansas Auto repair in Newton kansas.

Great team that really cares for their customer's safety. We were traveling and started to experience a lot of vibration. Two bolts had sheered off a wheel of ourJeep. Wendy Ledford was amazing. She worked us in and Gary Carpenter's team replaced all the bolts and swapped the damaged wheel with our spare. We were back on the road by noon.

Do not take your car here! Took my car to see if they could fix my hood latch and the woman said she could fix the plastic part but won’t bc my hood was about to fall off and they didn’t charge me. I fixed my hood I took it back to fix the plastic part they looked at it for 2 seconds said they couldn’t do anything and charged me $60. This place is a scam
