If delivering bulk resin don't load more than 42k. Their silos are small. I loaded 45k and had to offload 7k in cardboard boxes before hitting the silo. They said they tell shippers this. It's not my place to say either way. I just know I didn't get that message. Really nice people though. Very helpful.

I talked to the receptionist and she hung up on me ! I called back and asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me again! Time to find a new receptionist smh

Night shift start around 5 or 5:30pm. They are very very lazy for unloading. 3 hours gone still not move single pallet from trailer
