Kasperson's Total Car Care

They forgot my appointment, weren't there when I dropped off or picked up the car. I left the money in the drop box (they requested cash), took my car and had to finish the job when I got home. They didn't do half of what they'd promised and did a sloppy job of what they did do. The seats weren't shampooed, there was dust in the vents and crevices, they didn't even wipe down any of the overhead parts of the car or use Armor-all on the dash. The windows were spotless but the exterior wasn't washed. What a waste of money. I could have sent my 8yo with a shop-vac in there for those kind of results.

Scratched my pickup in numerous places, touched up with paint and denied it. Refunded my money and agreed to pay for the damage. Once I got the estimate he backed out. My cab also was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. Will never let them touch a vehicle again and it’s a shame how this place has gone downhill.
