KC Carplex

My husband and I went to KC Carplex for our first car purchase together and they were so patient and easy to work with as we navigated the entire experience (including paperwork/finances). We received excellent customer service and the car has met every expectation.

Came in on a rainy Saturday and I left with a new (or newer to me) vehicle. Drove all the way from Lawrence to look at vehicles that were on the website. I purchased a 2007 Chevy Colorado w/90,000 miles back in July. I had visited several places and this was the only place that did not insist on going on the test drive with me (I'm 47 and don't need some sales kid riding with me and asking me all kinds of questions). The salesmen here were hands off and very friendly. They handed me the keys, said take it for a spin and come see us if you're interested. It drove great, but the price was a little more than what I was looking for. We negotiated a little bit and I said I needed a day or two to think about it. I asked if I could put some money down to hold it. They told me they would hold it without any money down as long as I contacted them within 48 hours.
