Been a few years at this point but I think of this company often. I had the misfortune of having my car towed along with my uncle and nearly every neighbor on my street when the Antietam Pool decided they would no longer allow local residents to use the far side of their parking lot. They never posted any “No Parking” signs. I had to find out after the fact that they disclosed this through a Facebook post. Enough about the property owners though. When I did retrieve my car just an hour later, it was $600 for my vehicle and $600 for my uncle’s. I finally did get my car back, and it smelled like cheese because the mechanic who went to retrieve it was in very poor health and very sweaty and greasy.

Used KC towing today. I called and spoke with Heidi about needing a tow, she was great. Then, Pete came to pick up our car with 15 minutes of my call. Pete was awesome, even tried to help diagnose the problem. If you need a tow in the area no need to look any further.

This outfit is jam up. Never in my life. All the times I dealt with towings being an electrical contractor for 40 years. Had someone spend 4 hours of his own time helping remove tools, meters, electrical components, testers boxes, property out of vehicle. Help with the whole process. Rounding up registrations everything we needed by the state after a horrible wreck of total on the $95,000 f-150 coyote lariat. Never before. Have I seen anyone go out of their way the way Allen did?. Conscious of people 's. Unawareness or ignorance of an automobile accident, this man was concerned to make sure we were aware of everything we needed to know in a timely fashion, the insurance companies and authorities having jurisdiction to make their final payments and judgments. The absolute best towing experience I’ve had. Firstly, they woman who answered the phone was so kind and efficient. Secondly, the tow truck driver got to me in maybe 10 minutes, if that, and had everything wrapped up for me in less than 5 minutes once he got there. Will definitely use again for any future towing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good tow company.
