Wrecked my 2016 Kia Optima. Keaton's was one of the only local places that could get my car in and out in a decent amount of time. My only complaint is that I did have quite a few time extensions due to parts being ordered that arrived wrong.

Rear end collision. Brought the 2017 Ford Fusion for repairs and also paid 159.00 out of pocket for a full auto detail. After 2 1/2 weeks, I picked up my car only to find they didn’t complete all the damage that was in the estimate and they had not waxed the car after I paid for full detail. I was told it was not included however it is listed on their website. Also Keatons was supposed to check out the exhaust however driving the car off the lot the engine light was in. 400.00 out of my pocket again for O2 sensor that would have been found by Keatons had they run the diagnostics on the car like they were suppose to. The estimators would not return calls. Very poor customer service and I do not recommend

Collision center provides a link for tracking estimate and repair. Estimate was never provided before repairs started. Estimated cost and delivery date given by following the link changes frequently. Contact frequently gives estimate of 2-3 weeks. He called 1 time to tell me that a part came in early and that my truck would be done sooner than expected, 2-3 weeks. It’s been 6 weeks since then. I drove by and saw a dent in my bumper. Took a picture and compared to my pics from the accident scene. Dent was not present before my truck was taken to the shop. Contact refuses liability. My truck has been in the shop now for 3 months and according to Roger’s latest estimate (2-3 weeks), I’m looking at 3.5+ months. Ridiculous customer service. Have had a couple vehicles fixed here and many friends that has used Keaton's. They always do a tremendous job. One of the best places in the area to get your vehicles repaired.
