I took my daughter & son-in law up to see Joann at Kelly GMC to get their dream vehicle. A 2026 Yukon Denali XL Diesel! Joann & her GM Michael along with Rob (finance) worked tirelessly to find my kids the exact vehicle they wanted & went above & beyond to give them an awesome deal! I go in there and tell them what I’m comfortable with and to see if that’s what they can do, they have me waiting and waiting. Come back to tell me they have “good news”. It’s triple what I could do. Every time I tried to say maybe I need to go somewhere that they can get me a car that would be in my budget based off of my scenario they made a lower and lower number to kind of trick you into thinking you’re getting this great deal but really it’s still way higher that what I was comfortable with. Then they’ll tell you things like don’t worry you can’t call Insurance now, but it won’t go up , My insurance went up 100 . You’re starving, you have your toddler with you and you end up just making a decision you regret severely. They made me feel like I had no other option because of the miles o
