Nick was assigned as the service manager for my repair. Nick was incredibly kind, polite, professional and efficient. He had the parts required for my repair ordered overnight and my car was repaired the following day. Nick also arranged to have my car delivered to my home for me, which was incredibly helpful. I felt that Nick went above and beyond, and I am very grateful for the excellent service that I received from him and from the dealership staff.

This post is for both service and the collision center. I brought my 2.5 year old QX60 in for 3 reasons. First, a piece of an 18 wheeler truck tire went under my car on the highway damaging both my front and rear bumpers from underneath and damaged a sensor. Ended up being an insurance claim. Second, when it rained water was pouring in the car from the headliner. Third, I needed an inspection sticker. I brought the car to Kelly after several attempts to try to get someone to call me back. Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful and treat you like you’re their only customer. They called a day or so later stating that they fixed the leak but the rugs need to be replaced bc of the musty smell. Also, they said my brakes were worn and I couldn’t get an inspection sticker bc of it. I had t
