I am a customer advocate and believe in honest reviews. I continue to be favorably impressed by North Shore Mazda's service department. By choice, my wife and I have just one car so it's really important that the car be carefree and have as little down time as possible. The dealer has consistently given good, timely service and showing a live video of the mechanic's findings is a brilliant concept. Price of the scheduled service was reasonable and John's (the service manager) evaluations has been valuable for us to determine when to trade. I've seen a deterioration of good customer service in a number of industries including hospitality, trade, etc. especially since the end of the pandemic.
