Tire Depot & Auto Service

I recently needed an oil change for my Maserati, but was disappointed to learn that the dealership had discontinued their valet / concierge service. First world problems, I know — but with every dealership over an hour away, I was struggling to find a local shop willing to service a car like mine. After calling around with no luck, I reached out to a used luxury car dealer in the area, and they referred me here. From my first phone call to meeting in person, I felt at ease and confident with their care and service for my car. All my questions were answered with patience and professionalism. My husband and I were treated with genuine, honest and welcoming service. We will definitely be back and will be recommending them to others.

My left front tire was low so I stopped at the Tire Depot on High St in Danvers. So close to Christmas, I was dreading the possibility that I may need 4 new tires. When Peter checked the left front tire he found nothing wrong and he added the appropriate amount of air. He noticed my other tires were lower than they should be, though not as low as the left front one, and he added air to them. When I asked him what I owed he wouldn't take anything! He didn't even charge me for his time. I was so relieved that I avoided a large expense! Eventually, I will need new tires and I will only go to Tire Depot. The honest service I received made me feel confident that this business is one that I can trust, not just for tires but also for any auto repairs I made need in the future. I highly recommend!

Just had new tires and an alignment done. Gentleman I worked with was very nice. My car feels so much better in how it drives with the new tires and the price for them was not bad at all. Will definitely be back in the future.

Had brakes replaced in my vehicle. Peter was friendly and gave a very fair price. Work was done on time and as promised. When I need to have service done I know where to go. Thank you Peter.
